We get it — sometimes things don’t quite go to plan.
If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always try to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
If your item arrives with a defect, please use our Contact Us form. Please include the following in your request:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A short description of what went wrong
Once approved, we’ll send you return details or a replacement.
Change of Mind
Because each item is printed or made to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or general wear and tear — so please check the size chart before ordering.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 48hours and will incur a $6 cancellation fee. Orders will not be cancelled after 48hrs as production would have already started.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it’ll be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Out of stock items
All products are dependant on stock availability, so sometimes there may be delays or changes to your order. If any changes or delays occur, you'll be notified via email. If stock is not available due to season- you will be given multiple options to resolve your order.
